THE ROYAL MANDATE

And praise be to GOD of Abraham, the LORD of all the worlds, and prayers and salutations on our master Moses, and the righteous and sincere members of his Household.

Your Majesties, your Excellencies, your Highnesses, Kings, Queens, Presidents and Emirs of Muslim, Christian, and Hebrew states and all the nations, tribes, languages and people of the world.

Peace be upon you, GOD of Abraham's mercy and His blessings.

Shalom my name is Rabbi Eliyahu HaKohen,

It is with my sincere gratitude to all those who have obeyed to proclaim the glad tidings of the Kingdom of GOD.  The newly released short film series ‘Sword in the Stone’ and ‘The Divine Credentials of Elijah’ have documented photographic and illustrated presentations of archeological evidences that are found throughout the Sacred Scriptures.  The quest of the white stone-vessel of Manna and its scientific validation has been a critical part of a 6 year doctorate study.   What was the covenant of David forever? The writings of the prophets confirm that it is a sword, a scepter, a crown and a throne of the Kingdom of David all within the sacred manna stone-vessel of the covenant.  

The task of editing the context of the writings of the prophet Moses has revealed a pattern of where the character of Almighty GOD and the detailed health instructions were distorted.  The confusing Hebrew text in the mind of many has denied them the resources to be well and stay well.  The good news in ‘unraveling the code of translation,’ my purpose is to present the evidence of the Kingdom of Heaven’s method of doing battles – with Abraham’s meal of peace and demonstrating pure love to one’s neighbor!  

There is a great disregard of translators to tell the story correctly regarding the Holy Scriptures and the signs of the coming of Elijah.  As a result the estate of the prophet Moses has been perverted.  It is a responsibility, an authority’s existence and a religious duty to investigate these ancient Hebrew prophecies of the sages. The series ‘Sword in the Stone’ documented throughout the Sacred Scriptures where to find the white stone vessel of Manna with its having the Mountains of Sinai, white clouds and a crown of Adam’s thorns, a crown of David with its bridal tiara, the writings of the prophet Moses confirming its sword, its scepter, its crown and its throne of the Kingdom of David.  The invitation to all humanity to study the ancient writings and bring the unity of the children of Abraham, because of the pattern that the prophet Moses taught the Kingdom of Heaven’s instructions to all the people equally and not differently.  

Because the world has NOT been told of the world changing Hebrew sciences of agriculture and medicine, Elijah is to come and lay the world dry through want of rain…the rain of the prophet Moses.  Why is there a famine in the time of Elijah? For it is written: “My doctrine shall drop as rain.” – Deuteronomy 32:2 JPS The necessary knowledge that will come forth from this mandate will cause a worldwide surge of interest in learning the truth.

Most people of the world have witnessed the Israel–Gaza conflict.  It seems like a never ending controversy.  Leaders of nations have debated the issues as to what is the best solution for Gaza and Israel.  Sadly, every one of the political plans that have been executed have to date failed to offer the grand resolution.

What is the solution for Israel–Gaza conflict?  

If everyone from every nation, tribe and language desires peace in the Middle East, why is it so elusive?  What is a Grand Solution that will put an end to the Middle East controversy?  Has anyone considered that there is a Divine ultimate solution written by the hand of the prophet Moses for Gaza?  The boundaries of this battle weary strip of land are shaped like an instrument that is similar to the ‘crown jewel’ placed within the artistic design of the bronze-age Stone-vessel of Purification.  The ancient writings in Paleo-Hebrew language depicted on this Bronze Age Stone-Vessel, give the exact solutions for the children of Abraham to find the perfect peace.  Why have these instructions not been previously carried out? Unfortunately corrupt ecclesiastical powers have brought mistranslation and misunderstanding for the last 2 millenniums.  The issue of mistranslations of the Sacred Scriptures has caused the persecution, hatred and rage within the peoples of faith. The historical decree altering the translations corrupted the sacred story of pure worship of patriarch Abraham and his children.  The proper re-telling of the storyline holds much promise to immediately and dramatically improve relations among all peoples.  

The time is at hand for immediately maintaining and rebuilding freedom within the Davidic ‘crown gem’ Gaza region, also known in its ancient Hebrew language as the place of ‘Majesty’.  Instructing the Arab people of Gaza for proper government according to the writings of the prophet Moses will educate and discipline to those that are lawless and reward those that seek righteousness.  

It is the great interest of Heaven to implement the Divine instruction of the prophet Moses containing the step by step commands of Purification and Healing for the land and all people.  These truths and rich blessings have been denied to all the nations of the world for too long. I aim to establish the Ultimate Peace Project called:  PROJECT MOSES.  The Bronze Age Vessel of Purification, signed by the prophet Moses, according to the prophets and sages will bring forth the Healing for all the Nations.  Under the Direction of Heaven, I will make sure that this knowledge is available to all nations and languages of the world.  In addition, similar to a phonograph, a vinyl record, or a modern CD this bronze-age stone vessel has been evaluated for its having embedded in its groves an ancient sound recording.  Engineers have proposed that the sound extraction by laser beam from this bronze-age stone-vessel will enable the modern world to hear the ‘recording’ of the prophet Moses and the Eternal One on Mount Sinai over 3,300 years go.  The stone will literally ‘cry out’ which holds much promising confirmation of hearing the events of the Exodus!

Now, therefore I, Eliyahu HaKohen confirm each of the legendary seven signs of Elijah. I am the Crown Prince of the House of David, the Custodian of the Vessel of Purification; having the authentic Divine Credentials of the Crown, Sword, Scepter, and the throne of the Dynasty of the House of David; by Divine Virtue of the authority vested in me by the Divine Law of Commandments, Statutes, and Judgments given to the Prophet Moses, I do hereby proclaim:

On January 23, 2009, a day of a New Royal Mandate based upon factual evidence! I call upon the leaders of all kingdoms, states, nations, tribes, languages and people of the world to recognize that the full realization of the Days of Elijah to proclaim ‘Remember Moses’ have arrived. The necessary re-translation of ‘what Moses really meant when he wrote’ will vindicate the character of our Creator and expose those corrupt ecclesiastical powers that have inserted idolatrous myth. This mandate of revisiting the Torah and all prophets to reveal the truth of sacred worship that heals will predictably further enrage the corrupt ecclesiastical powers. The Divine Mandate is to repair this world starting by loving Almighty GOD with all our hearts, with all our souls and with all our might and loving our neighbor as ourselves.  To commence this value to respect and protect the instructions of the Prophet Moses a call is made for Elijah’s Project Moses: Royal Authorized Sacred Scriptures Edition and The Royal College of Hebrew Education, Medical Science, and Law.  

I urge upon each individual to take appropriate study and investigation of the sacred Scriptures that will further underscore our commitment to prepare the ‘Highway of King Messiah Ben-David.’ With immediate implementation of this mandate with presidential and royal families’ legacy establishing protected sponsorship of this most sacred duty. The righteous will thus be fully preserving lives and maintaining dignity of every human being.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand on this sacred stone-vessel and waving the Scepter of the ancient Levitical crowns of Torah, Priesthood and Kingship of the House of David upon this day of Yom Shishi, Tevet 27‏‎, 5769; which corresponds to Friday, January 23 in the year of two thousand nine.
